  • Business name & location

  • Contact person & phone number

  • Type of business (retail store, online shop, spa, etc.)

  • Social media or website link

  • Estimated order volume or interest in specific products

  • Minimum order quantities apply

  • Lead time: 7–14 business days, depending on order size

  • Custom packaging and private label options available upon request

  • Wholesale pricing and line sheet available after approval

RETURN POLICY

At Noor Élan, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to resolving any issues you may experience with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3  days of delivery by emailing info@noorelan.com.with the following:

  • Business name and order number

  • Photos of the affected items and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
